Shipping policy

1. UK DELIVERY DETAILS

Here’s how it works:

• Orders under £100: Delivery fee is £7.99

• Orders over £100: Free shipping

However, for certain large or heavy items, an extra fee applies:

• £5 per 50L soil bag

• £15 for oversized items like grow tents, trays, long poles, etc.

• £2.50 for every extra 5KG of Coco bricks beyond the first 15KG

• Pallet shipments: start at £60

1.1 Missed Deliveries or Return-to-Sender

If your package is returned to us because:

• No one was available to accept it

• It wasn't collected from a pickup point

• Delivery instructions weren’t followed

Then:

• Original delivery charges are non-refundable

• Return shipping fees will be applied

• You can choose to:

  • Have it shipped again (you pay the full delivery cost)

  • Get a refund (minus courier fees and a 10% restocking/admin fee)

Please keep an eye on your tracking info and make sure someone’s around or able to collect.

2. UK DELIVERY TIMING

• Orders typically ship within 1–2 working days

• Most are sent on a next-day delivery service (mainland UK)

• Remote areas (e.g. Scottish Highlands) may take a little longer

Unexpected delays (like courier issues, stock shortages, or holidays) can occur, so please allow up to 5 working days before contacting us.

 

2.1 Delivery Preferences from Previous Orders

If you've ever told a courier to leave your parcel in a safe spot (shed, porch, etc.), they might do it again—even if not specified this time.

We’re not responsible for any damage, loss, or theft due to those instructions. Let us know ahead of time if you want to override this.

2.2 Failed Deliveries

If a package is returned to us due to:

• Incorrect or incomplete address

• No contact details provided

• Refused delivery or failure to collect

You’ll need to pay for:

• The return cost

• Any re-shipment (if needed)

A refund may be issued, but only after subtracting all courier charges and a 10% restocking fee.
